Fabrication & Forming
Cut and Formed to Your Specifications
Argon’s fabrication equipment turns sheet metal into components ready for the next stage of production. Laser, turret and waterjet cutting, press brake forming, and automated panel bending support a range of part designs, materials, and production requirements.

Laser Cutting Machine
Laser cutting produces sheet metal components to the shapes and dimensions in your drawings. Argon’s laser systems support a range of materials and part sizes, with automated material handling for efficient production.
- Mitsubishi LVP 4,000-watt Laser FMS
- Automated system with twelve 60" × 120" cartridge towers and four unload shuttle tables
- Listed capacity: 1.25" mild steel, 0.750" stainless steel, and 0.625" aluminum
- Mitsubishi LXP 2,000-watt laser with a 48" × 96" table

Turret Punching Machine
Turret punching creates holes and formed features directly in sheet metal, helping consolidate operations for parts with detailed patterns or repeated features.
- Up to 58 stations, including multiple auto-indexing stations
- Sheet size up to 60" × 120"
- Carbon steel up to 1/4"
- Can produce forms, extrusions, and part numbers

Press Brake Forming & Panel Bending
Press brake forming and automated panel bending shape flat sheet into components ready for assembly. Multi-axis controls and precision tooling help create consistent bends across production runs.
- Press brakes up to 250 tons and a 12-foot bed
- Two 9-axis presses, CNC controls, and precision tooling
- Salvagnini P2 automated panel bender

Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cutting supports parts that require a different cutting approach or material range. Add the specific applications Argon wants to highlight once the active capacity is confirmed.
- 48" × 96" table
- Listed cutting capacity up to 6"
Materials listed include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, plastic, tile, and titanium
