Welding & Assembly
Joining Components Into Complete Assemblies
Argon uses robotic and manual MIG and TIG welding, spot welding, stud welding, and fastener insertion to join sheet metal components. The available processes can be matched to the part design and assembly requirements.

MIG Welding
MIG welding joins sheet metal components into durable assemblies. Argon’s equipment supports manual welding across a range of production needs.
- Four Lincoln Power Wave 455 units with pulse and 10-foot boom
- Lincoln Power Wave 250
- Miller 300 Millermatic

TIG Welding
TIG welding is available for projects using stainless steel and aluminum. Share the material and assembly requirements so Argon can determine the right process for the job.
- Lincoln 275 Squarewave
- Lincoln 250 Squarewave
- Materials listed: stainless steel and aluminum

Spot Welding and Fastener Insertion
Spot welding and fastener insertion add joining points and hardware to fabricated parts, helping prepare components for downstream assembly.
- Four spot welders, 35–75 KVA
- Autosert machine with bowl feeder
PEM inserts and studs, TOX sheet metal joining, and a CD stud welding machine
